Shipment via DHL or UPS.
CoD orders: Please note that there is a CoD fee of 6 Euro for deliveries within Germany. This amount consists of 4 Euro CoD shipping fee which is declared on your invoice and another 2 Euro, charged seperately from the transport company so that we are not allowed to declare it on our invoice. For CoD orders the payable amount is always 2 Euro more than the invoice amount of your order.
Heavy and bulky goods:
Basically, we also ship heavy and bulky goods (mixer, pianos etc.) for free. The goods shall be delivered ex curb.

The possible payment methods for all orders outside of Germany are prepayment by bank transfer or PayPal payment or Cash on Delivery (CoD) - useable for some countries.Please note that there is a CoD fee of 20 Euro for deliveries outside of Germany.Below you find an overview of the shipping costs and the average delivery times for shipments in the listed countries. Please pay attention to customs duties that may be charged for third party countries (Switzerland, Norway etc.). For this countries the German VAT of 19 per cent will not be charged. Also note that shipments of heavy and bulky goods normally take longer than the regular delivery times due to the fact that they are shipped with a forwarding agency.
