3-Year Warranty
Your purchases at Musikhaus Korn are protected by our 3-year warranty. With this we extend the manufacturer´s warranty period and offer an advanced protection additional to legal requirements - without extra charge for you.
Why we offer the extended warranty?
Quality is very important for us. Therefore we work exclusively with brands from established manufacturers. During the assortment selection and the purchase we attach great importance to high quality standards and first-class workmanship. For this reason we can offer you an extended warranty of 3 years with easy conscience.
Which products are excluded from the extended warranty?
The extended warranty does not cover so called wear parts. This includes all products that are subject to a natural or use-conditioned wear, e.g. strings, drumsticks, batteries/accumulators, crossfader and lamps. Of course, the extended warranty also excludes products that were used incorrectly or that are not available in their original condition.
