The new versions of Live 8 and Suite 8 offer many new features e.g. the new Groove- Engine which is analyzing the groove of every audio- clip and transferes it to any other audio- or MIDI- clip. Ableton Live 8 and Ableton Suite 8 deliver numerous new functions und effects as well as workflow- improvement for real- time editing of digital music.
Besides the new groove- engine one can find improved Warping- Techniques, Live- Looping, five brandnew effects (incl. Ableton Vocode), Crossfades in the anrrangement- perspective, group- tracks and an adapted MIDI- Editor.
Furthermore Ableton Suite 8 offers a brandnew sound- library with many inspiring sounds and a large collection of instruments including more sythesizer, a sampler, electronic and arcoustic drums (new: latin- percussions), mallet instruments (new: collision), numerous sampeled instruments and a new, more efficiant operator.
