In recent years, the issue of accessibility in particular has increasingly become the focus of organizers and authorities. With conventional cable bridge systems, a compromise often had to be made between barrier-free access and trafficability. With the new DEFENDER® 2D M Blue, this is different: Two ramps with a 6° incline are attached to each center section, which can be driven over completely and are wheelchair accessible at the same time. The flat incline makes it easier for wheelchair users to cross effortlessly, while being so stable that it can also be driven on by forklifts and trucks.

Effortless accessibility and safety are thus ensured even in areas where five channels are not enough, e.g. near power generators or the FOH. Sound, lighting and power cables can be routed individually, effortlessly and safely. The completely symmetrical design of the center sections simplifies assembly and you never have to search for the right mounting part again. Precise assembly plans are not required either. The connections have been designed so that they have enough play for easy assembly and still offer sufficient stability. The system can be expanded in length and width as desired with items 869300blu and 86301blu which are optional.
