The 40mm biocellulose diaphragm reduces distortion, and internal ventilation provides punchy and intense sound reproduction with an emphasis on bass and low-end dynamics.

The speaker unit contains a biocellulose membrane made from bacterial cellulose, an organic compound grown with certain types of bacteria. The precision-engineered biocellulose diaphragm is stiffer, lighter and stronger than conventional PET speaker units, allowing the sound-producing diaphragm to vibrate without the distortion found in other speakers. Each of these features results in a more precise and detailed sound from the speaker, which still sounds clear and crisp even at high volumes.
