The QUADLOCK 6082 truss system uses four conical connectors with pins and cotter pins to join the individual elements together with both a force-fit and a form-fit connection. This system guarantees maximum load-bearing capacity combined with minimal assembly effort. The integrated Quick-Lock system enables fast, tool-free, and precise connections—ideal for setup and takedown at changing venues.

Professional materials and workmanship

The truss is made of the high-strength aluminum alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6), which is known for its outstanding stability and durability. The tubes have a diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm. The structure is complemented by 16 mm-thick struts that also have a wall thickness of 2 mm. These not only provide additional stability but also offer enough space for attaching couplers, hooks, and clamps.
