The truss is part of the QUADLOCK 6082 4-point system, which is known for its high load-bearing capacity and modularity. The connection is made via four conical connectors, pins, and split pins, which enable a force- and form-fit connection. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, tool-free assembly—ideal for touring productions and temporary setups.

The QUADLOCK 6082-1500 is made of the high-quality aluminum alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6), which is characterized by high strength combined with low weight. The 50 mm diameter tubular sections with a 2 mm wall thickness, together with the 16 mm thick struts (also with a 2 mm wall thickness), provide excellent stability for load-bearing structures.

With a length of 150 cm and external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, the crossbar is universally applicable—whether as a horizontal connecting element, as part of a crossbar frame, or in cube structures. The hole center spacing of 240 mm ensures full compatibility with all other components of the QUADLOCK 6082 system.
