The ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK QL-ET34-3000 4-Point Truss is the perfect solution for demanding truss structures in stage and trade show construction as well as in event technology. With a length of 300 cm, a sturdy construction made of high-quality aluminum, and the proven Quick-Lock system, it is ideal for large spans and intensive use—whether for temporary events or permanent installations.

Part of the high-performance QL-ET34 system

The truss is part of the QUADLOCK QL-ET34 truss system, which is connected via four conical connectors, pins, and cotter pins. This connection technology ensures a force- and form-fit assembly, which enables both high stability and quick, tool-free installation—a must for professional use on tours or at large-scale events.

High-quality materials for the toughest conditions

The truss is made of the exceptionally durable EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) aluminum alloy. The channels with a 50 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness, in combination with braces with a 20 mm diameter, ensure maximum load-bearing capacity and high torsional stiffness —while maintaining a low weight of only 14.2 kg.

Ideal for large structures and truss frames

With a length of 300 cm and external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, the QL-ET34-3000 is ideal for long-span applications. It is ideal for lighting trusses, stage superstructures, LED wall structures, or ceiling frameworks. The distance between the hole centers is 240 mm—standardized for full system compatibility.

Polished surface & Professional Workmanship

The high-gloss polished surface not only gives the truss an elegant appearance but also provides reliable protection against corrosion and signs of wear—ideal for visible applications on stages, at trade shows, or in clubs. Manufactured in Europe by SLV-certified welders, all components are fabricated using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 welding material.

Certified Safety & Maximum Flexibility

Production is subject to monitoring by TÜV Süd. A load chart for structural design is available online—ideal for architects, engineers, and project planners. Thanks to its modular system design, the QL-ET34-3000 can be combined with numerous other standard lengths, corners, and accessories and expanded flexibly.
