The QUADLOCK QL-ET34 system is based on four conical connectors, pins, and cotter pins that ensure a force- and form-fit connection. Thanks to the Quick-Lock system, assembly is fast, efficient, and tool-free—ideal for setup and teardown under time pressure or at changing event locations.

Manufactured from the high-strength EN-AW 6082 T6 aluminum alloy (AlMgSi1 T6), the truss offers an excellent balance of weight and stability. The 50-mm-diameter channel tubes (2 mm wall thickness) and 20 mm diameter struts (also 2 mm wall thickness) ensure high load-bearing capacity and maximum torsional rigidity.

The high-gloss polished aluminum surface gives the crossbar an elegant appearance—ideal for visible installations at trade shows, in clubs, or on stage. The truss is manufactured in Europe by SLV-certified welders using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 welding material.

Production of the QL-ET34-500 is subject to monitoring by TÜV Süd and meets the highest safety requirements. A load chart for structural design is available online. Please note that this truss element may only be used within the QL-ET34 system and cannot be combined with other systems.
