The ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK QL-ET34-5000 is an extremely sturdy 4-point truss with an impressive length of 5 meters. It is part of the tried-and-true QL-ET34 truss system and is ideal for stage construction, trade show structures, permanent installations, as well as large-scale events where long spans and high load-bearing capacity are required.

Part of the QL-ET34 system – Fast, sturdy, compatible

This truss element utilizes the conical QUICK-LOCK system with pins and cotter pins, which enables a force- and form-fit connection between the segments. Tool-free assembly saves time during setup and takedown—a decisive advantage for events and touring productions.

Solid construction for maximum load-bearing capacity

The truss is made of high-quality EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) aluminum, known for its outstanding strength combined with low weight. The four chord tubes with a 50 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness, as well as 20 mm-thick struts, ensure excellent torsional rigidity and stability over long distances. Weighing 23.6 kg, it remains easy to handle and transport.

Long reach with standard dimensions

The length of 500 cm makes the QL-ET34-5000 the ideal solution for large truss frames, stage superstructures, lighting bridges, or suspended structures. Thanks to its external dimensions of 290 x 290 mm and the standardized hole spacing of 240 mm, the truss is fully compatible with all other components of the QL-ET34 system.

TÜV-certified safety – Made in Europe

Manufacturing takes place in Europe by SLV-certified welders, using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 welding material. The entire production process is monitored by TÜV Süd. A load chart for structural design is available online.

Important: This truss may only be used in the QL-ET34 system and cannot be combined with other truss systems.
