The ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK S6082-500 is a short, robust 4-point truss with a length of 50 cm and was developed specifically for professional use in stage construction, trade show construction, and event technology, as well as for permanent installations in theaters, studios, or clubs. It is part of the proven QUADLOCK system and stands out for its high load-bearing capacity, low weight, and quick, tool-free assembly.
Manufactured from the EN-AW 6082 T6 aluminum alloy (AlMgSi1 T6), the truss offers an optimal combination of strength and lightness. The 50-mm-diameter belt tubes allow for connection to all standard QUADLOCK components and guarantee long-term dimensional stability even under intensive use.
The truss uses the proven QUADLOCK Quick-Lock connection system with tapered connectors, pins, and cotter pins. This ensures a form- and force-fit connection—secure, stable, and tool-free to assemble. Ideal for frequent assembly and disassembly in mobile applications.
With a length of just 50 cm, the S6082-500 is ideal for length compensation in structures, as a connecting element in crossbeam cubes, or for precise adjustments in modular systems. The hole spacing of 240 mm and the external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm make it fully compatible with the entire QUADLOCK system.
The crossbeam is manufactured in Europe under strict quality standards. The welded joints are made using the TIG pulse process with AlMg 5 filler metal. The TÜV Süd certification confirms the crossbar’s suitability for professional and safety-critical applications.
