The QUADLOCK TQ390 truss system is based on four tubular sections with a diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm—manufactured from high-quality aluminum. Additional reinforcement is provided by struts with a diameter of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm. This design offers an excellent weight-to-load-capacity ratio, making the truss the perfect solution for larger structures with higher load requirements.
The truss is connected via a conical Quick-Lock system with pins and split pins, which is not only visually appealing but, above all, functional: The connection is both force- and form-fitting, guaranteeing maximum stability—while also allowing for quick, tool-free assembly. This system is particularly well-suited for applications with frequently changing setups, such as touring stages or trade show installations.
With an outer dimension of 390 mm, the QUADLOCK TQ390 series ranks among the larger 4-point truss systems on the market.
