The ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK TQ390-500 is an exceptionally sturdy 4-point truss with a length of 50 cm. It is part of the TQ390 truss system, which was specifically designed for heavy-duty, large-format structures in stage construction, trade show construction, and event technology. With its large outer dimension of 390 mm and reinforced struts, it offers maximum load-bearing capacity in a compact design.

Thanks to its compact length of 50 cm, the TQ390-500 is ideal as a connecting element or precision compensator in existing structures that also require high load-bearing capacity. Also ideal for truss cubes, corner solutions, or short bridging sections within rigging systems.

Sturdy construction for maximum load-bearing capacity

The truss consists of tubular members with a 50 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness, as well as reinforced struts with a 20 mm diameter and the same 2 mm wall thickness. This combination ensures an excellent weight-to-load-capacity ratio with maximum stability—ideal for intensive use on tours or in permanent installations.

Quick-Lock system—fast, secure, tool-free

Like all elements of the TQ390 series, this module is also equipped with the QUICK-LOCK system. The connection is made using tapered connectors, pins, and cotter pins—quickly, efficiently, and without tools. This saves valuable time during setup and guarantees a connection that is both form-fitting and force-locking.

Important:

The TQ390 series cannot be combined with other truss systems! Due to its larger outer dimension (390 mm) and increased load-bearing capacity, it may only be used within the TQ390 system.

TÜV-certified safety – Made in Europe

Manufacturing takes place in Europe according to the highest quality standards. The crossbeam is manufactured using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 filler metal and is TÜV Süd certified. A load table for structural calculations is available online.
