The ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK TQ390-5000 is an extra-long 4-point truss measuring 5 meters in length and is part of the high-performance TQ390 truss system. Thanks to its robust construction, large outer dimension of 390 mm, and TÜV-certified quality, it is ideal for large-scale and load-bearing truss structures in stage construction, trade show construction, touring, and permanent installations.

Ideal for heavy loads and large spans

The truss system is based on the proven Quick-Lock connection system with tapered connectors, pins, and split pins. These enable a force- and form-fit connection and ensure fast, secure, and tool-free assembly—perfect for professional applications involving regular setup and takedown.

Solid construction for maximum load capacity

The truss is made of high-quality EN-AW 6082 T6 aluminum. The 50 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness of the main tubes, as well as the 20 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness of the struts, ensure exceptional stability. With external dimensions of 390 x 390 mm, the system is ideal for constructing large, load-bearing structures.

Weighing 25.46 kg, the truss is easy to handle despite its length and can be transported efficiently. The reinforced construction allows for use in touring stages, large nightclubs, event halls, as well as roof systems or lighting trusses.

The QUADLOCK TQ390 system is a standalone truss system and must not be combined with other systems, as it meets specific requirements due to its larger external dimensions.

The truss is manufactured in Europe and processed using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 welding material. Production is subject to TÜV Süd certification. A load table for static calculations is available online and helps you safely plan your truss construction.
