The TQTR series is a specially developed truss system for tower structures and ground supports. The 4-point connection with conical connectors, pins, and cotter pins ensures a force- and form-fit connection between the elements, thereby providing maximum load-bearing capacity. Thanks to the Quick-Lock system, the truss can be assembled quickly, efficiently, and without tools—perfect for flexible use in touring or event applications.

Robust construction for extreme loads

The TQTR-2500 is equipped with 50 mm channel tubes with a 4 mm wall thickness—significantly stronger than standard trusses. This ensures an excellent weight-to-load-capacity ratio. The 20 mm diameter struts with a 2 mm wall thickness provide additional torsional rigidity and leave enough space for attaching couplers, hooks, or other accessories.

Dimensions and weight—ideal for vertical structures

With a length of 250 cm and compact external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, this crossbeam is ideally suited for vertical use in tower systems. Despite its sturdy construction, it weighs only 20.35 kg, which makes transport and setup easier without compromising load-bearing capacity.

Professional workmanship – TÜV Süd certified

The crossbeam is manufactured from AlMgSi 0.5 aluminum using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 filler metal. Production takes place in Europe and is subject to rigorous testing by TÜV Süd. A load chart is available for download to facilitate precise structural planning.
