With its exceptionally strong construction and TÜV-certified quality, it is ideal for building load-bearing tower systems or vertical support columns for stage superstructures.

Part of the TOWERTRUSS TQTR system—built for heavy loads

The truss is part of the TOWERTRUSS TQTR 4-Point System and is designed for load-bearing tower structures. It is connected via four conical connectors, pins, and cotter pins—both force- and form-fitting for maximum stability. The Quick-Lock system ensures fast, secure, and tool-free assembly—particularly advantageous for frequent setup and takedown or in touring applications.

Material thickness for maximum safety

Unlike many standard trusses, the four chord tubes of this truss are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 4 mm wall thickness. This ensures significantly higher load-bearing capacity—ideal for vertical applications in tower construction. The braces, with a 20 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness, provide additional rigidity and leave ample space for mounting couplers, hooks, or truss adapters.

Dimensions and craftsmanship designed for professional requirements

With a length of 300 cm and external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, the ALUTRUSS TQTR-3000 is ideal for tall support structures or as part of tower systems. Its weight of 24.22 kg underscores its solid construction. Thanks to the TIG pulse welding process and the use of AlMg 5 welding material, the truss is extremely durable and stable—even under continuous load.

The crossbeam is manufactured from high-quality AlMgSi 0.5 aluminum and is subject to TÜV Süd testing. This guarantees the highest standards in terms of safety, material quality, and manufacturing precision. Optimized for Tower Systems I and II

The TQTR-3000 was specifically developed for use in the ALUTRUSS Tower Systems I and II. In combination with matching cantilevers, base plates, and connection modules, a robust ground support system can be created—suitable for erecting large stage canopies, LED walls, or light portals.

Note: This truss system must not be combined with other systems. It is designed exclusively for use within the TOWERTRUSS TQTR system.
