The ALUTRUSS TOWERTRUSS TQTR-4000 is the perfect solution for building heavy-duty tower systems in event technology. With a length of 400 cm, this 4-point truss is specifically designed for vertical structures in ground supports and tower systems. Thanks to its solid construction, high-quality materials, and TÜV-certified manufacturing, it meets the highest standards in stage, trade show, and rigging applications.

Part of the high-performance TQTR system

The ALUTRUSS TOWERTRUSS TQTR system is based on a 4-point truss system connected via tapered connectors, pins, and split pins. This connection ensures a force- and form-fit assembly with excellent load distribution. The integrated Quick-Lock system ensures a fast, secure, and tool-free connection—ideal for frequent setup and takedown in touring and event applications.

Maximum stability thanks to reinforced chord tubes

The four truss tubes consist of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 4 mm wall thickness —significantly more robust than in conventional truss systems. The 20 mm thick struts with 2 mm wall thickness provide additional torsional rigidity and allow sufficient clearance for the installation of couplers, hooks, and truss adapters.

Ideal for tall tower structures and ground supports

With a length of 400 cm and compact external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, the TQTR-4000 is ideally suited for large-scale and tall structures. It enables the construction of tower systems with a minimal number of connecting elements and maximum load-bearing capacity—for example, for PA towers, LED walls, truss roofs, or vertical rigging points.

Professional manufacturing – TÜV Süd certified

Manufactured from AlMgSi 0.5 aluminum, all weld seams are processed using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 filler metal. Production takes place in Europe under TÜV Süd supervision. A load table for static calculations is available online and supports the safe planning and execution of complex truss systems.

Important: This truss element must not be combined with other systems. It is intended exclusively for use in the TOWERTRUSS TQTR system.
