Are you looking for an extremely stable truss section for tower structures, ground supports, or vertical support systems? The ALUTRUSS TOWERTRUSS TQTR-500 4-Point Truss, which is 50 cm long, is specifically designed for use in the Tower Systems I and II and offers maximum stability in a small space—perfect for professional applications in event technology, trade show construction, or stage construction.
The truss is a component of the ALUTRUSS TOWERTRUSS TQTR 4-point truss system and stands out thanks to its force- and form-fit connection via four conical connectors, pins, and cotter pins. This technology ensures maximum stability in vertical applications. The Quick-Lock system enables fast, tool-free assembly—ideal for professional use involving regular setup and takedown.
Unlike standard trusses, the TQTR-500 features 50 mm channel tubes and a 4 mm wall thickness, making it particularly robust. The 20 mm diameter struts with a 2 mm wall thickness provide additional stability and rigidity. The result is a truss element that functions reliably even under heavy loads and during continuous operation.
With a length of 50 cm and external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, this truss is ideal for shorter splices or as reinforcement in tower structures. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can be flexibly integrated into existing systems—especially in combination with ALUTRUSS Tower Systems I and II.
Manufactured from the proven aluminum alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6), the truss is produced in Europe under strict quality control. The welds are created using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 filler metal. Production is monitored by TÜV Süd and meets the highest safety standards. A detailed load table is available online for structural design.
Note: The TQTR-500 crossbeam may only be used in the TOWERTRUSS TQTR system. Combination with other truss systems is not permitted.
The ALUTRUSS TOWERTRUSS TQTR-500 is the perfect choice for anyone who needs maximum stability in the tightest of spaces—whether as a base for LED walls, light trusses, or as a component of complex ground support solutions. Its design makes it a reliable solution for demanding applications in professional settings.
