The Aquila 19C - Alabastro, Classical Guitar Normal Tension string set is suitable for a classical guitar and consists of Super Nylgut. A fundamental goal in Aquila's development work is to develop a synthetic material that has the same tonal characteristics as natural casings, without their disadvantages (high cost, short lifespan, unstable tuning under humidity changes). Super Nylgut has exactly all these features. Its features are prompt attack, excellent performance and a truly amazing tuning stability under moisture changes. The Alabastro bass strings are wrapped with high quality silver plated copper wire with a multifilament Super Nylgut core which guarantees not only tension but also low moisture absorption.
