The MiniLab 3 Champagne is a compact yet powerful MIDI controller with a sophisticated range of functions. At its heart is the 25-key keyboard with velocity-sensitive slim keys, which enables expressive playing - ideal for melodies, chords or bass lines. The keys respond precisely to velocity and offer a pleasant playing feel despite their compact design.
Two banks of eight velocity- and pressure-sensitive pads each, equipped with RGB backlighting, enable dynamic drumming and the triggering of clips. The pads are sensitive and make live performing or beatmaking particularly intuitive. Eight endless rotary knobs and four faders expand the control options - whether for DAW parameters, virtual instruments or effects. The combination of physical controllers and the clearly arranged mini display unit with real-time feedback ensures maximum control in any production situation.
The MiniLab 3 Champagne also scores in terms of connectivity: a USB-C port connects the controller to a computer or laptop, while the MIDI DIN output can control external synthesizers, drum machines or grooveboxes. The additional pedal input allows the use of a sustain, expression or footswitch for even more expression when playing.
Thanks to its plug-and-play functionality, the controller can be immediately integrated into any production environment. You also get access to Ableton Live Lite, one of the most popular digital audio workstations, perfect for getting started with producing, performing and arranging. Also included is the "UVI Model D", a realistic emulation of a concert grand piano, as well as the comprehensive "Native Instruments Komplete Select" bundle - with high-quality virtual instruments and effects for all styles.
The software package is rounded off with exclusive content from Loopcloud - including sample packs and a subscription option - as well as an "Unlimited" trial subscription from Melodics, including interactive lessons for finger drumming and keyboard playing.
