The ELA mixing amplifier Audac COM 24 MK 2 with 240 Watt power is ideally suited as a solution for small to medium-sized commercial sound reinforcement systems. The COM24 offers an output power of 240 Watt and is suitable for use in 100 Volt ELA systems or low impedance systems (4 Ohm impedance). Six input channels with independent level control make it possible to connect and mix a wide variety of input sources. Four balanced XLR microphone inputs with 15 V phantom power are available for connecting microphones (virtually all dynamic and condenser microphones), including two priority channels. Two additional inputs can be used either as unbalanced stereo line inputs (RCA) for connecting CD players, music computers or mobile devices or as microphone inputs (6.3 mm jack) - so that a total of 6 microphone inputs are available if required. In addition, the mixing amplifier has a remote microphone input and a tele pager input to extend the system with a pager station (with gong/signal tone) or for connection to an operational telecommunications system (or any other system with priority). If the "Priority Mute" contact is assigned, coupling and muting can take place via an external fire alarm system. The output level can be controlled via the master volume control, supplemented by a 2-band tone control. The level is indicated by a VU bargraph display (5 segments); zone selection buttons (5 zones) are available for selecting the outputs. The amplifier is suitable both for desktop installation and for installation in a 19" rack (2 U, rack adapter included).
