With ORIA, Audient presents the world's first audio interface with monitor controller that has been specially developed for immersive audio. Designed exclusively for creating immersive audio mixes for formats such as Dolby Atmos, ORIA enables calibration, control and multi-channel speaker arrays from stereo up to 9.1.6 and everything in between. Perfect for music, film, TV, gaming and VR productions. Designed for a dual purpose, ORIA not only excels as a powerful USB-C audio interface with 16 outputs for up to 9.1.6 mixing workflows, but can also be easily used as a standalone monitor controller via ADAT.

Working with multi-channel speaker systems requires a precisely calibrated room. However, calibrating a room can be a difficult and time-consuming process. ORIA's Advanced Speaker Processing allows you to calibrate any listening room and create custom onboard calibration profiles (presets) for any listening format from stereo to surround to 9.1.6 immersive setups. This makes reference checking a mix in different formats a breeze.

There are two ways to calibrate a room: either create a profile by manually taking room measurements and using calibration settings such as 8-band EQ, speaker delay, trim and bass management, or take advantage of fully automated software calibration.

Audient has teamed up with the room calibration specialists at Sonarworks to enable seamless integration with SoundID Reference. Multi-channel setups can be calibrated in less than an hour. With the Sonarworks Reference microphone included with ORIA and the 60-day free trial of SoundID Reference for Multichannel software, ORIA allows users to create custom Sonarworks profiles for different monitoring formats and target modes, load them into ORIA and have them calculated standalone by its onboard DSP. This results in consistently precise and low-latency monitoring of immersive audio.

With the Down Mix button, the Dolby renderer can be conveniently controlled directly from the ORIA user interface. Ideal for quickly checking a mix in different monitoring formats, such as 7.1, 5.1, stereo and more.

Fast profile recall.

Use profiles to quickly switch between speakers, monitoring levels and target curves. From perfectly calibrated stereo nearfield monitors to a 9.1.6 immersive setup with Dolby X-Curve is just a simple push of a button.

Speaker control.

Moving at high speed through a mix with true immersive monitor control? No problem thanks to color-coded speaker groups, individual and group speaker mute/solo, global volume control, cut and dim and a global delay (lip sync) for optimal production workflow.
