Authentic amp sounds

The DUAL CUBE LX features a precisely tuned stereo speaker system and produces full, powerful guitar tones you'd hardly expect from such a compact amp. Choose from eight diverse amp types - all with a natural response and dynamics based on BOSS' decades of amp design experience. No matter what style you prefer or how well you play, the expressive sounds will help you build your technique and inspire you to keep performing. Plus, there's a standalone mic preamp type that lets you use the amp as a mobile PA for your voice.

Integrated BOSS effects

The DUAL CUBE LX offers a selection of BOSS stereo and mono effects that let you tweak your sound. Refine amp sounds with four types of modulation effects or Heavy Octave, and add spaciousness via delay or two types of reverb. The DUAL CUBE LX Editor lets you dive even deeper into sound editing, swapping effects and adjusting parameters in detail.

Customize your sound

Use the intuitive controls on the DUAL CUBE LX's user interface to create stunning sounds quickly and easily. Each amp type includes three user memory locations where you can store and quickly recall your settings with all knob adjustments. What's more, the DUAL CUBE LX Editor gives you even more options to let your creativity run wild. Choose from different amp and effect variations, adjust parameters in detail and much more - all from the comfort of your Mac or Windows computer.

Stereo input for modelers and pedalboards

The DUAL CUBE LX features a special type of amplifier with stereo input for connecting stereo devices, including advanced spatial processing that makes your sound sound like a much larger speaker cabinet. In this way, the amp provides full-range sound for amp/effects processors like the GT-1000, GT-1000CORE, GX-100, GT-1 or IR-200. Alternatively, you can select a neutral guitar amp sound in the DUAL CUBE LX editor, inspired by the famous Roland JC-120. This gives you a perfect starting point to explore the stereo capabilities of pedals like the BOSS 500 or 200 series.
