Córdoba's entry into the Fusion series! A perfect choice for transitioning from a steel-string to a nylon guitar, the Córdoba Fusion 5 features a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a full body with cutaway for an extended playing range, side dot fret position markers and a rosette and bows with mother-of-pearl decoration. The Fusion neck with a 16" radius fingerboard and a smaller nut width of 1 7/8" (48 mm) offers a playing feel very close to that of a steel string guitar. This familiarity offers steel string players and players with smaller hands an easy introduction to the world of nylon string guitars. The addition of side dot markers also deviates from traditional nylon-string guitar construction and provides the player with a reference for their position on the fretboard. Equipped with the Fishman Presys VT pickup system, the Fusion 5 is ready to plug in and play. Available in Gloss Natural and Jet Black finishes with mahogany back and sides and Gloss Sonata Burst with elegantly flamed mahogany back and sides.
