The Cort Powersound humbuckers have high output power and push decent signal into the amp or floor pedals without losing articulation. The hardtail bridge improves the vibration transfer of the strings to the body and thus the sustain of the instrument. Sometimes less is more, the ever-popular combo of 3-way switch with master volume and tone poti deliver the classic sounds and let the player focus on the essentials. Jatoba is a very dense and hard wood, making it ideal for use as a fingerboard. Jatoba has an excellent response and emphasizes the upper midrange. The optimized construction of the bolt-on neck has excellent vibration transfer from the neck to the body and delivers a full open tone.
