The Defender MICRO 2 Male End Cap is the perfect complement to the Defender MICRO 2 cable bridge and ensures a secure, barrier-free transition at the beginning or end of your cable bridge run. With its ergonomically shaped profile, the highly slip-resistant and tread-resistant 3D LaserGrip® surface, and robust TPU construction, it is designed for long-term use in professional event, industrial, and trade show settings. It not only ensures safety and comfort for pedestrians and vehicles but also extends the service life of the cable bridges through structured force distribution when vehicles drive over them.

Barrier-free cable crossing – safe and professional

The male end piece marks the starting point of a Defender MICRO 2 cable bridge run. The beveled design makes it much easier to drive or walk over—ideal for pedestrians, wheelchair users, strollers, cyclists, and small vehicles. The dual-channel guide also enables the safe routing of high-voltage cables, multicore cables, or water hoses with a diameter of up to 30 mm and a width of 35 mm per channel.

Maximum safety thanks to 3D LaserGrip®

The innovative 3D LaserGrip® surface guarantees enhanced slip resistance and traction even when wet. The surface’s special texture reduces the risk of slipping and ensures stability when walked or driven over. At the same time, it helps ensure that connected cable bridge elements do not shift, even under continuous mechanical load from vehicles weighing up to 2 metric tons on a 20 x 20 cm surface area.

Extremely robust and weather-resistant

Made of high-quality TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), the MICRO 2 male end piece is shatterproof, impact-resistant, and extremely durable. It is resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline, as well as brief contact with solvents. Thanks to its wide temperature range of –30 °C to +60 °C, the connector can be used year-round both indoors and outdoors—from festival grounds to industrial facilities.

Compatibility and Easy Integration

The MICRO 2 male end piece is specifically designed for connection to the Defender MICRO 2 cable bridge. Installation is quick and tool-free thanks to the practical locking system. For a complete set, we recommend combining it with the MICRO 2 female connector at the opposite end of the cable bridge run.
