The Defender MINI + NANO LID | BLACK is the original replacement cover for the MINI and NANO series cable bridges from Defender®. It provides a durable, secure, and fully functional cover even under heavy use—whether at events, trade shows, in the studio, or in industrial settings. The cover is made of sturdy TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), features a ribbed, non-slip surface, and offers high mechanical strength as well as comprehensive protection for the cables and wires underneath.

The heavy-duty TPU material offers excellent impact and fracture resistance as well as a long service life—even under intensive use. The lid is resistant to oil, acid, gasoline, and brief contact with solvents. This makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and ensures it can withstand even the harshest conditions—whether at festivals, on construction sites, or at trade shows.

Patented hinge and secure locking mechanism

Equipped with a patented self-cleaning lid hinge, the lid can be opened and closed easily and without tools. The integrated locking mechanism ensures a secure fit, prevents accidental opening, and guarantees reliable protection of the cable routing. Even under heavy use, the connection remains stable and functional.

The operating temperature ranges from -30 °C to +60 °C, allowing the cover to be used year-round.
