Even more than the guitar-dominated world is the universe of American bass sounds. But these sounds are almost all productions of classic rock and pop music are heard, no longer a secret! And so the Duesenberg D-Bass plays on his own way in this league with a relaxed.
His beautifully contoured body made from American alder provides the best sound conditions for just such sounds, and the "hidden bolt on" mounting of the maple neck a comfortable playability creates all the way up to the highest frets - just like a glued neck, but just with the inimitable Punch a "Long-scale" bolted. As simple as it is unique is the electronics that controls the Duesenberg Toaster humbucker bass: A passive "mid shape" controller continuously displays a "P" - "J" sound on, so that both classic bass sounds are achieved in an instrument, including countless intermediate positions!
The hardware is playing with in this class: The strings are anchored in a nickel-plated, solid brass and fully adjustable bridge. On the other side of the instrument make the Duesenberg Z-Tuners for quick string changes and optimum tuning stability.
