The Duke GA-PC-Cut-Solid is an all-solid acoustic guitar in Grand Auditorium format with cutaway and built-in electronics - designed for musicians who want to combine a balanced sound, great playing pleasure and professional stage performance in one instrument. With a solid cedar top, rosewood body and elegant details, this guitar is ideal for fingerstyle, strumming and dynamic live playing.
The solid Canadian cedar top delivers a warm, direct response with a distinctive character, while the solid East Indian rosewood back and sides provide depth, richness of sound and brilliant sustain. This tonewood combination is particularly popular with fingerstyle players as it offers an excellent balance between clarity and warmth.
The cedro neck with integrated 2-way truss rod offers optimum stability and adjustability. The ebony fingerboard in combination with a nut width of 45 mm and a scale length of 650 mm ensures a pleasant playing feel - both for chords and solo passages. The cutaway allows easy access to the high registers, ideal for modern playing techniques and improvisation.
The Duke GA-PC-Cut-Solid is equipped with high-quality, closed, chrome-plated tuners that guarantee reliable tuning stability. The nut and bridge inlay are made of real bone - a quality feature that ensures excellent sound transmission. For optimum sound ex works, the guitar is strung with long-lasting Elixir Nanoweb strings, which impress with their smooth feel and durability.
