With the EHX Bender Royale, Electro-Harmonix delivers a modern interpretation of the legendary MKIII Germanium Fuzz. This 3-transistor fuzz is based on the classic circuit of the late 60s and has been significantly expanded in terms of sound with additional tone controls and switching functions. From a creamy, rich vintage fuzz to a snotty, destructive sound, it has it all - ideal for sound tinkerers and fuzz freaks.

Classic fuzz with modern sound options

The Bender Royale combines the warm, saturated germanium sound of the original with extended control options: The Bass and Treble controls allow for targeted sound shaping, while Blend and Bias precisely adjust the sound texture and character of the fuzz. The Fuzz knob controls the distortion intensity - from subtle to totally destroyed.

Switching options for even more flexibility

• Fat switch: activates a fatter low-end for punchier sounds
• Clip switch: selectable between germanium or LED clipping - classic soft or aggressive and biting

Like all high-quality EHX pedals, the Bender Royale is made in the USA. The robust black housing ensures durability on and off stage. Thanks to the true bypass footswitch, your signal always remains unaltered when the pedal is deactivated.
