Description

The Elgato Chat Link cable is a party chat adapter for Xbox One and PS4.

Chat Link has 1 socket and 2 plugs so that you can record your party as easily as possible. Connect your headphones to the socket. Now plug the short cable directly into your PS4 controller or into the Xbox One chat adapter connected to your controller.

If you are using Game Capture HD60, plug the long cable plug into the "Analog In" port of your HD60. Once you have everything connected, open the Game Capture HD software and set the sound input to the analog audio input.

If you are using Game Capture HD60 Pro, plug the long cable into the "Line In" port on your PC motherboard (this input is usually blue). Once you have connected everything, open the Game Capture HD software and set the sound input to the "Line In" input.

If you are using Game Capture HD, you will need another 3.5 mm to RCA-Y adapter so that you can connect your audio to the A/V input of your Game Capture HD via the component whip cable. Once you have everything connected, open the Game Capture HD software and set the audio input to the analog audio input.
