The Epiphone Firebird Vintage Sunburst by Gibson Firebird™ features a reverse body and headstock design as originally introduced in 1963, and was Gibson's first through-neck design. The traditional 9-ply, through-body mahogany and walnut neck construction offers rich, warm tonality and incredible sustain. The SlimTaper™ neck with bound Indian Laurel fingerboard and acrylic trapeze inlays in the fingerboard allow for quick and effortless playability. This updated Firebird features Grover® 1:18 mini tuners a set of ProBucker ™ FB720 pickups that perfectly replicate the Firebird's searing sound and original voice. Furthermore, it features rounded fingerboard edges for a comfortable feel, a GraphTech® NuBone® nut, era-appropriate wiring and CTS® pots.
