Description

Metallica, undoubtedly one of the biggest metal bands in the world, has inspired generations of guitarists with its lead guitarist Kirk Hammett in over 40 years of band history. For decades, Kirk Hammett has relied on ESP guitars and his solos have been a major contributor to Metallica's unmistakable sound. The LTD KH-V is the latest addition to Kirk Hammet's signature series. Available in Red Sparkle, Black Sparkle and Metallic Gold, it features neck-thru construction with Korina wings and three-piece maple neck with extra-thin-U profile, 25.5" scale length, 24 frets and ebony fingerboard. The KH-V is equipped with EMG Bone Breaker pickups, BB-B with ceramic magnets on the bridge and BB-N with AlNiCo 5 magnets on the neck, managed by a classic control mimic of 3-way toggle switch, a volume and a tone pot. In addition, the guitar features a TonePros bridge, string-thru-body string suspension and LTD locking tuners.
