The guitar is based on a neck-thru construction in which the three-piece maple neck runs right through the body. This design ensures maximum vibration transmission, sustain and stability - ideal for a powerful and precise sound. The 25.5" scale length provides tight string tension, ideal for lower tuned metal riffs.
The body wings are made of alder, a proven tonewood that brings balance and punch to the sound. The neck with Thin-U profile is comfortable to hold and allows fast runs as well as powerful rhythm playing. The rosewood fingerboard with 22 extra jumbo frets made of stainless steel not only offers a durable playing surface, but also ensures precise bending and optimum control.
The glow-in-the-dark side dots provide an additional visual and functional plus, ensuring orientation even on dark stages. The chrome-colored hardware in combination with the recessed TonePros Locking Bridge and the tailpiece stands for absolute tuning stability and perfect intonation.
At the heart of the sound are the Fishman Fluence Richard Z Kruspe Signature pickups, which deliver a wide range of sounds - from crystal-clear high-gain brutality to organic vintage tone. Thanks to the push-pull function on the volume control, two different voicings can be selected, while an additional mini toggle switch enables further sound variations.
A special feature is the reversible kill switch, which enables fast effects play such as stutter effects or rhythmic interruptions - just like Rammstein. With the 3-way toggle switch, you can easily switch between neck and bridge pickups or combine both for flexible use on stage or in the studio.
The guitar is supplied from the factory with D'Addario XL110 strings and comes with a custom-fit ESP hardshell case - ideal for transportation on tour and to protect this valuable instrument.
