Want to create impressive lighting effects with mirror balls? The EUROLITE MD-3030 DMX Safety Rotary Motor is the ideal solution for professional installations in clubs, event venues, and on stages. With DMX control, adjustable rotation speed, and a high load capacity, this motor offers maximum flexibility and safety.
The motor is designed for mirror balls up to 100 cm in diameter and can move loads of up to 40 kg—including a safety factor.
The MD-3030 can be operated via DMX as well as in stand-alone mode. Rotation speed and direction can be adjusted using DIP switches. In DMX mode, control is handled via a single channel.
Multiple units can be operated synchronously in master/slave mode—ideal for larger lighting installations.
The motor features a patented mechanical fall arrest mechanism that prevents the shaft from coming loose unintentionally. Additionally, a second mounting eyelet for a safety chain is provided to ensure maximum operational safety.
Each production batch undergoes strict quality controls, making it suitable for use in public areas such as clubs or event venues.
The rotation speed can be adjusted from 0 to 5 rpm. The direction of rotation can also be changed to create different visual effects—from gentle rotations to dynamic light movements.
