Description

EV Electro Voice Everse 12 Raincover – Rain protection for temporary outdoor use

The EV Electro Voice Everse 12 Raincover is the ideal solution for protecting your EVERSE 12 speaker from the elements during short-term outdoor use. This custom-fit rain cover was specifically designed for temporary use in damp or wet environments and reliably protects the sensitive electronics from rain, splash water, and other external influences—without compromising usability or sound reproduction.

Whether at open-air events, street performances, or outdoor services: With the rain cover, your speaker remains protected and ready for use as long as it isn’t permanently exposed to extreme conditions such as saltwater or chlorinated air.

IP44 protection for temporary weather protection

The rain cover offers IP44 certification, which means: protection against solid foreign objects > 1 mm as well as against splashing water from all directions. This makes the speaker perfectly equipped for short-term outdoor use—ideal for events where a sudden rain shower may occur or use in a damp environment cannot be avoided.

Important: With the rain cover installed, the speaker is not intended for continuous use in damp conditions. Contact with saltwater, chlorine, or similar corrosive substances should also be avoided at all times.

Well-thought-out design for full functionality

The rain cover is more than just a protective hood—it’s tailored precisely to the EV Everse 12 and offers a variety of practical details that make it comfortable to use even with the cover attached:

• Bottom flap for tripod mounting—this allows the speaker to be placed on a tripod even with the cover on.
• Carrying bag cutouts for the top and side handles—the speaker can be easily transported even with the rain cover on.
• Amplifier input pocket – allows cables to be connected without removing the cover.
• Drain holes on the bottom – allow for drainage-oriented positioning so that water does not collect.

Thanks to these smart solutions, the speaker’s functionality remains fully intact even in bad weather, making the rain cover particularly valuable for professional applications.

Flexibility for stage, events, and outdoor use

Thanks to its lightweight design and quick setup, the EV Raincover is the perfect companion for anyone who wants to use their EVERSE 12 speaker flexibly in outdoor settings—whether at events, in public spaces, at sports facilities, or during church services.

The cover not only protects against moisture but also helps extend the speaker’s lifespan by minimizing direct contact with rain and humidity.
