You don't play the blues with your fingers, but with your soul. Susan Tedeschi is a master of this art. She is a multi-award-winning American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter. Her expressive voice and soulful guitar playing were already evident at the tender age of 13 when she formed her first band. She gained international fame as the frontwoman and guitarist of the Grammy Award-winning Tedeschi Trucks Band. In her dynamic, intuitive performance you can sense a deep love for the blues and its transformative power.

In designing the Susan Tedeschi Telecaster, Fender drew inspiration from Susan's favorite guitar, the Caribbean Mist 1993 American Standard Tele. The instrument has become Susan's trademark over the last 25 years and also adorns the cover of Tedeschi's album "Just Won't Burn". The Susan Tedeschi Telecaster uses exactly those features that are inseparably linked with Susan's style: a slim Tedeschi C neck profile, a modern bridge with steel string saddles, custom-tuned pickups and a TBX Tone circuit. And because all the details have been carefully coordinated, this guitar develops its special inspiring effect from the very first moment - as if you were holding the original in your hands.
