It was named after a legendary surfing paradise on the Pacific. The Zuma ukulele is a Southern Californian West Coast soul that feels at home on stage and in the studio. The concert size ukulele is made of sapele and with its open pore finish produces a natural, warm sound that harmonizes perfectly with other instruments. The Zuma closes the gap between the smaller soprano ukulele and larger tenor models. Not only does it sound "big", it is also suitable for musicians with strong hands thanks to its play-friendly neck and 16 frets. The strings are attached to the bridge without knots. And because such a dazzling personality deserves a special look, the Zuma is equipped with fine Fender details: abalone rosette, bindings on the top, back and fingerboard as well as Tele® headstock with 4-row machine heads.
