Description

The Red Deluxe LR is the proverbial icing on the cake in Furch's portfolio. This instrument features a top made of premium alpine spruce and back and sides made of Indian rosewood. The combination of these materials, along with our advanced manufacturing technologies, gives it a beautiful, versatile sound with clear and bright tones. Both plates are complemented by the ergonomic bevel duo made of koa, which provides maximum comfort even during prolonged playing.

The beauty of these tonewoods is accentuated by a resonance-enhancing high-gloss finish, as well as a number of decorative details such as the binding and premium rosette made of koa, the abalone inlay and the Roman pearl numerals on the fingerboard. The guitar comes in an extremely durable, heat-insulated Hiscox case.

Unique voicing process

The premium character of the Red Deluxe LR is underlined by the fact that both the soundboard and the backplate are individually tuned using the voicing process, a technology developed by Furch that raises the tonal characteristics of the instrument to the highest level. As a result, the Red Deluxe LR has a crystal clear, harmonically rich, balanced and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.

Resonance enhancing finish

The instrument is protected by the patented Full-Pore High-Gloss finish, designed to enhance the guitar's tonal characteristics. The finish consists of an ultra-thin, highly resistant layer of lacquer that provides superior surface protection while highlighting the wood's texture.

Bevel Duo for added comfort

The ergonomic Bevel Duo feature, consisting of two bevels - one at the front, on the forearm, and one at the back, on the rib position, provides a significant increase in playing comfort and also enhances the exclusive look of the instrument. Bevel Duo is made of koa.

Furch CNR System® neck construction

A high-precision, double-action truss rod provides neck stability and allows fine adjustment of neck relief on both sides. The truss rod is housed in a high-strength carbon body that provides very smooth and controlled neck relief, ensuring the best playability and providing an optimal setup.
