Furch Vintage 1 D-SR Westerngitarre Product Details

Description

Do you like traditional guitar design? Then you shouldn't miss out on the Vintage 1 SR! High-quality Sitka spruce and Indian rosewood are used to make this guitar. Paired with innovative manufacturing technologies, these woods produce a beautiful and balanced sound. Numerous natural features and the resonance-enhancing satin full-pore finish emphasize the guitar's traditional vintage look. The guitar is supplied in a hard-wearing Hiscox hard-shell case.

Exceptional sound

The sound is the most important criterion for Furch guitars. Their excellent acoustic qualities are the result of state-of-the-art technologies, proprietary production processes and precise craftsmanship combined with the use of the finest tonewoods available. The Vintage 1 SR is no flash in the pan. Convince yourself of its exceptional sound quality with the Tonepedia app. You can compare its unique sound with other Furch models and also with guitars from other manufacturers.

Unique voicing process

The premium character of the Vintage 1 SR is underlined by the fact that the soundboard is individually tuned using the voicing process, which raises the tonal characteristics of the instrument to the highest level. This gives the Vintage 1 SR a crystal-clear, harmonically rich, balanced and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.

Resonance-enhancing satin finish

The body of the guitar is covered with a wafer-thin and consistent UV full-pore satin finish, designed to maximize the instrument's resonance characteristics while providing excellent protection. The basis of the finish is the high-gloss lacquer, the final layer of which is applied with a matte finish. This gives the guitar a beautiful, slightly matt appearance.
