The Gretsch Electromatic™ Jet Club in Buttercream offers you legendary Gretsch tone, modern playability and classic design in an affordable package. Equipped with PureVolt™ Twin Six™ humbuckers, a chamber-milled mahogany body and high-quality components, this electric guitar delivers a powerful, flexible performance - whether in the studio, on stage or at home.

Balanced sound thanks to chamber body & PureVolt™ humbucker

At the heart of the sound is a chamber-milled mahogany body with a contoured top and rounded neck foot - for pleasant playing comfort and an acoustically balanced sound. The PureVolt™ Twin Six™ humbuckers offer a clear response, high dynamics and assertive sounds - from brilliant clean tones to powerful overdrive.

Alnico IV and V magnets in the neck and bridge pickups ensure defined frequency characteristics. Thanks to coil splitting via push/pull tone pots, you can switch to single-coil sounds if required - including a hum-free intermediate position.

Neck comfort and playing feel at the highest level

The set-neck neck is made of mahogany and has a bound rosewood fingerboard. The performance "C" profile lies comfortably in the hand and is suitable for a variety of playing techniques. The fingerboard radius of 12" and the 22 medium jumbo frets support clean bends and precise playing up to the highest registers.

A Graph Tech® NuBone™ nut ensures excellent tuning stability, while the die-cast sealed tuners and vintage-style strap pins round off the overall picture.

Solid hardware & modern electronics

The LockDown™ Locking Wraparound bridge combines bridge and tailpiece in one and offers maximum tuning stability, easy setup and optimized energy transfer for more sustain thanks to its lockable construction.

The electronics with master volume incl. treble bleed and separate tone controls for the neck and bridge pickups allow you sensitive tone control in any situation. The push/pull function on both tone controls allows you to split the humbuckers - for a sharp, glassy single-coil sound whenever you need it.
