Description

Gretsch Streamliner Jet 1 Pickup Laurel Fingerboard Jet Black Electric Guitar

The Gretsch Streamliner Jet 1 Pickup in Jet Black is an uncompromising rock machine with a purist design, powerful tone and features that go far beyond its price range. This guitar was developed for players who value expression, comfort and maximum performance - without breaking the bank.

With a mahogany body, curved maple top, HotWire™ High Output Humbucker and Compensated Wrap-Around Bridge, the Jet delivers the distinctive, assertive tone you'd expect from a true Gretsch. The slim "Fast C" neck profile, high-quality hardware and the stylish look with split-V headstock make this model the perfect companion for the stage, rehearsal room or living room jam.

Mahogany body with carved maple top

The heart of the Streamliner Jet is its mahogany body with a carved solid maple top. This combination ensures a full, warm tone with rich mids, a powerful bass foundation and brilliant highs. The contoured body shapes offer comfortable ergonomics and make the guitar easy to play - ideal for longer sessions without fatigue.

The glossy polyester finish in Jet Black looks classy and rocky at the same time and perfectly emphasizes the classic Gretsch contours.

Fast neck with a modern feel

The mahogany neck in the Fast "C" profile offers flat, fast playability - ideal for power chords, fast riffs and expressive solos. Beginners and players with smaller hands in particular benefit from the slim neck shape. The Laurel fingerboard with 12" radius and medium jumbo frets ensures comfort and control in every position.

The classic Pearloid Neo-Classic™ thumbnail inlays and black side markers complete the elegant neck design. The Graph Tech® NuBone™ nut provides stable tuning and clearly defined tones with long sustain.

HotWire™ humbucker - uncompromising sound

A single HotWire™ High Output Ceramic Humbucker sits in the bridge position and delivers punchy, assertive sounds with modern power and classic Gretsch character. Whether clear, defined clean sounds or massive overdrive riffs - this pickup delivers in every situation. The vacuum wax potentiometer reduces background noise and ensures a stable, noise-free signal.

With just one pickup and the Master Volume and Master Tone controls, you have direct access to your sound - simply, effectively and without distraction.

Robust hardware & stylish design

The guitar is equipped with a compensated wrap-around bridge, which offers excellent intonation and plenty of sustain. Die-cast sealed tuners ensure precise tuning, while the chrome hardware stylishly complements the classic design. Two jack-shaped Gretsch radio-style knobs make operation easy and grippy.

The look is rounded off by the Split-V headstock - a real eye-catcher and recognizable feature of the Streamliner series.

Conclusion: sound and style, uncompromising and direct

The Gretsch Streamliner Jet 1 pickup is a modern rock guitar with a vintage soul, purist setup and strong personality. Ideal for players who want to say everything with just one pickup - loud, direct and unmistakable. With high-quality workmanship, iconic design and great value for money, it is a real highlight in its class.
