Description

The HeadRush FRFR 108 MKII is the latest version of the popular FRFR series. FRFR stands for "full-range flat-response". This particular type of amplification is very important for amp modeling pedals and pedalboards, as your amp needs to sound pure and transparent so it can deliver a true "amp in the room" sound without coloring it like a traditional guitar amp would. The FRFR-108 MKII has been precision engineered to bring out the best in your modeler and deliver all the subtleties of your amp and cabinet emulations, with enough volume to be ready for any stage, rehearsal or jam session. The cabinet is designed so that it can be used as a monitor angled on the floor, standing upright or mounted on a speaker stand.

The FRFR-108 MKII has an enormous output power of 2000 watts, which means you have enough headroom for almost any performance or rehearsal. Equipped with a specially tuned 8-inch woofer and a high-frequency compression driver, the FRFR-108 delivers accurate, full sound across the entire frequency range, without artificial coloration - which is crucial for getting the most out of your amp modeler. The performance of the FRFR-108 MKII is exceptional with a maximum 129dB SPL and a frequency range of 46-22kHz.

The FRFR-108 MKII has two XLR + 1/4" combo inputs for connecting your amp modeling pedal or pedalboard, each with their own independent volume controls. You can also connect a mobile device wirelessly to the FRFR-108 MKII via Bluetooth, so you can stream music wirelessly at rehearsal or during set breaks. There is also an XLR output to connect more than one speaker together or to send the FRFR's signal to a front-of-house mix.
