The Henry's Travel HIK10 Hiker Natural acoustic guitar is a compact, robust and powerful-sounding instrument for musicians who don't want to compromise on quality when traveling. As part of the popular Travel series from Henry's, the HIK10 was specially developed for maximum mobility with a full, balanced sound. With its mini design, high-quality materials and stylish design, it is the perfect companion for traveling, campfire evenings, spontaneous sessions or relaxed playing at home.
Although it is smaller than a classic acoustic guitar, the HIK10 delivers an amazingly voluminous sound thanks to the laminated mahogany top, sides and back. The mid-range is particularly pronounced, making the guitar ideal for chord accompaniment, fingerstyle or percussive playing styles. The specially adapted Scalloped-X bracing also ensures optimized sound development and resonance despite the compact design.
The neck made of okoume wood with a satin finish is comfortable to hold and is complemented by a D-profile that is suitable for many playing styles. The Purpleheart fingerboard offers a stable and smooth surface for precise fingering across all 20 frets. The black plastic pins and the Purpleheart bridge harmoniously round off the natural design.
The HIK10 impresses with its simple elegance with a matt finish and a discreet double rosette. The die-cast tuning machines in an elegant black and gold finish ensure precise and stable tuning - even under changing environmental conditions. Despite its sturdy construction, the guitar weighs just 1.23 kg, making it extremely travel-friendly.
In contrast to many other travel guitars, the HIK10 deliberately dispenses with eye-catching elements such as cutaways or pickguards and instead focuses on a natural look with clear lines. The body offers a slight contour for the right hand, which further improves the playing feel.
