Hokema Kalimba B7 Elektro Product Details

Description

The electrified B7 is small, handy, equipped with seven reeds and sounds significantly deeper than the related Kalimba B9. The sound block is made of solid cherry wood. It is ideal for intuitive playing and improvisations with dreamy melodies. By placing the kalimba on a resonating surface (table top, drum, guitar or similar), the sound can be significantly amplified and varied.

The Roland Mini Cube has proved its worth as an amplifier for home use and for smaller sessions. Adding a little chorus and delay produces a beautiful sound that is somewhat reminiscent of an electric piano.
