The Ibanez BTB605-TGF is a first-class 5-string electric bass from the renowned BTB series. With its full-length neck construction, extra long-scale scale and sophisticated electronics, this bass offers impressive sound variety and playing comfort. The body is made of okoume and, together with the full-length neck construction, offers optimum sound transmission and sustain. The 35" extra long scale provides a tight string tension, ideal for deep tunings and powerful basslines.
The 5-piece neck made of maple and jatoba is robust and allows comfortable playability. The rosewood fingerboard with white inlays and the 24 medium frets offer a pleasant playing feel and clear intonation across the entire fingerboard.
The BTB605-TGF is equipped with a1 Soapbar pickups on the neck and bridge, which deliver a full, balanced sound. The Ibanez Custom 3-band electronics provide precise tone control with controls for volume, blend, bass, midrange and treble. This versatility makes the bass ideal for a wide range of musical styles.
The MR5S bridge and Gotoh tuners ensure excellent tuning stability and precise intonation. The transparent Gray Flat finish gives the bass a modern and elegant look, while the Cosmo Black hardware perfectly complements the design.
