The body of the SR2605L-CBB is made of resonant mahogany - a wood known for its warm, full tone development. The arched top made of grained poplar not only gives the instrument visual depth, but also complements the sound with clear overtones. The eye-catching Cerulean Blue Burst finish brings out the grain in a particularly elegant way and visually elevates the instrument into the premium class.
A highlight of this model is the 15-piece "Atlas 5" neck. Made from an elaborate combination of panga panga, maple, padauk, purpleheart and walnut and additionally reinforced with KTS™ titanium rods, this neck offers extreme stability and a unique playing feel. The fingerboard is made of panga panga and features elegant abalone inlays and luminous fret edge markers - a functional detail for dark stages.
