The ToneX One Bass Edition is a mini modeling pedal based on advanced AI Machine Modeling technology. This means that the sound character of legendary bass amps, cabinets and effects is reproduced more realistically than ever before. Up to 20 specially developed bass presets are stored directly in the pedal and can be individually managed and edited using the free TONEX Librarian software.
The compact size (only 94 x 48 x 53 mm) and the low weight of only 160 g make the pedal the perfect solution for mobile setups. It fits easily on any pedalboard, is robustly built and offers sound quality at the highest level. The presets can be stored in three slots and used flexibly in two modes: A/B switching is possible in dual mode, while stomp mode offers classic on/bypass behavior.
A special highlight is the option to model your own bass rigs. Using the included software, personal amp and effect combinations can be sampled and saved in the pedal - ideal for anyone who wants to take their very own signature sound with them. The connection to the computer is made via USB-C, whereby the pedal can also be used as a 24bit/44.1kHz audio interface - perfect for home recording or recording ideas on the go.
Sound processing is done directly via the adjustable potentiometers, which are responsible for parameters such as bass, mids, treble, gate, compressor or reverb mix. Thanks to RGB lighting, the functions can be assigned intuitively. The ALT function allows you to conveniently switch between the main and additional functions of the controls. A quick tuner and a "safe mode", which prevents accidental changes while playing, provide additional control.
The ToneX One Bass Edition brings a sound quality previously reserved for large modeling systems into a tiny, road-ready package. Thanks to the seamless integration with the IK Tone.net portal, bassists have over 20,000 free sound models at their disposal - from vintage bass amps to modern high-gain rigs. There are also premium collections that can be loaded directly into the pedal.
