A petite axe with a powerful bite! The Jackson® JS Series Dinky® Minion JS1X is an instrument that not only young shredders dream of. Adult players looking for a compact guitar with a big sound for on the road can't go wrong with it either.

The Dinky Minion JS1X has a tulipwood body (similar to poplar) with a short 2/3 scale length (22.5"). The super-fast playing bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement has a 12" radius amaranth fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and shark fin inlays. It ends in the typical, slightly tilted back, pointed Jackson headstock with 6-fret action. It creates an even string tension. The flat neck foot offers plenty of room for the fretting hand when playing in the highest registers.

Two Jackson high-output humbuckers with ceramic magnets produce a stunningly powerful tone - clear, broad and complex. The neck pickup delivers bright highs, while the bridge pickup contributes a nice board of crunchy distortion. With the 3-way toggle, the pickups can be switched to different timbres, which you can tune with the volume and tone controls. The string guidance through the body via a hardtail bridge with block string saddles enables precise intonation and long sustain.
