The Klotz VHLS1-NS 50m UHD HD-SDI Cable Reel BNC/BNC Black is the ideal solution for professional use in the broadcast, event, and video industries. Equipped with a highly flexible HD-SDI video cable and high-quality BNC rearTWIST connectors, this system offers reliable signal transmission in Ultra-High-Definition—even under the most demanding conditions. Whether for live productions, studio installations, or mobile applications, this cable reel impresses with its performance, durability, and uncompromising quality.
At the heart of the cable reel is the Klotz 1.2L/4.8D HD-SDI cable, which was specially developed for high-resolution signal transmission. With a length of 50 meters, this model is ideal for medium distances in professional settings. Its robust yet flexible design ensures easy handling, even with frequent winding and unwinding. Ideal for outdoor use, trade shows, stages, or temporary studio cabling.
The technical specifications speak for themselves: The maximum transmission distance is 64 meters for 4K-SDI signals (6 Gbit/s) and an impressive 300 meters for SDI at 270 Mbit/s. This makes the cable not only future-proof for UHD productions but also ideally suited for traditional SDI applications. When combined with professional equipment and the appropriate accessory reels from Klotz, the system can be flexibly expanded—up to 300 meters on GT450.RM reels.
Both ends of the cable are equipped with high-quality BNC rearTWIST connectors, which impress with their ease of use and reliable connection. The gold-plated contacts ensure the best possible signal transmission and protection against corrosion—a must for professional, continuous use in the studio or on the go. Thanks to the rearTWIST design, the connectors are easy to use even when access to the patch panel is limited.
The cable is delivered fully assembled on a sturdy cable drum—ideal for quick transport, easy unwinding, and organized storage. The black color ensures a discreet appearance on stage and during video productions. The drum is particularly sturdy and designed for rugged use—whether indoors or outdoors.
The Klotz VHLS1-NS 50m UHD HD-SDI Cable Reel BNC/BNC Black meets the highest professional standards. With top-notch cable material, long reach, reliable connectors, and solid construction, it’s the perfect tool for broadcast, live events, studio, and media productions. An investment in uncompromising quality—“Made for Professionals.”
